Moho went into limp mode today heading a long way South down the A1 and one phone call set team Beechwood into action, fixed and journey resumed within 2 hours!I really cannot fault the dedication to customers that Edward and the team show, well done and thanks on behalf of the dogs, who enjoyed all the attention !

Where do you start, from start to Finnish a seamless no pressure experience , these guys have it spot on .

We visited a number of caravan sales in the north east , some good ,some fair and some  caravans, we wouldn’t keep chickens in , doors hanging off , caravans  with broken fittings and that was from a main dealer.Then we arrive at Beechwood , well presented caravans , friendly staff , no sales pitch , just  an honest , “ this is what we have to offer , this is what we can do for you .

We had our hearts set on a Baily  carbrera 2023 model , in pristine condition throughout . Now my wife and I had a problem , we no longer tow anymore , and anticipated employing a third party to deliver any purchased van to our chosen seasonal pitch at Jacobs Mount in Scarborough .

No problem , they delivered it “free” set it up , on the pitch , secured all the locks etc , showed us how to operate the various aspects of the caravan with a great deal of patience and care, nothing was too much trouble .

Really folks , if you are looking for a dealer that has good well presented well appointed stock and a dealer who does not try and pressure you into a sale ( which puts me off straight away) then give Beechwood a visit, I’m sure like ourselves you will not be dissapointed

We recently purchased a Coachman Kimberley 450 from these guys. From our first viewing, to picking it up, the whole experience was hassle free. We had a slight problem, but Ed sorted it out without delay, sending a technician to us to fix it. He has a great team working with him, and a special shout out to Liam and the other workshop lads, who gave us some great help and advise. You won't get treatment like this at one of the larger caravan dealers. Nothing is to much trouble for them, and their aftercare is second to none. Can't rate them high enough, you won't be disappointed.

This was really helpful because we are located in northern Scotland, about 2 day’s travel away from where he’s based. Absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend!

We looked at several caravans at several different places, but found the caravan we wanted at Edward James caravans. The price was very competitive,the staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a really good experience. We'd definitely buy from them again

Bought my 6 berth van from Edward a couple of months ago and I have to say I am delighted with it! Everything thing was as described and in great condition. I put a lot of trust in Edwards description and videos that he sent as I travelled over from Belfast to collect the van which was a very long journey there and back. But was totally worth the journey Great guy and company to deal with highly recommended ??

Recommend EDWARD James caravans.

Edward and his team were so helpful. Caravans to suit all budgets and we purchased an immaculate 2 berth end bathroom model. With habitation checks done. We had been looking at other vans from other companies but no comparison, for quality price and excellent friendly customer service. Nothing was too much trouble ! We highly recommend Edward James and will return when looking to upgrade in future. Or if we need servicing or any repairs. A real pleasure to do business with this family company. We looked at a lot of older vans for same or more money and quite frankly other companies were offering some pretty scruffy examples and little interest in us as we weren’t spending £10k plus. We spent approx £4k and the van we chose from Edwards company is in fabulous condition. We are so pleased the van is just what was needed for weekends away. AND I AM A VERY FUSSY CUSTOMER WHEN IT COMES TO A PURCHASE - especially caravans
